These terms govern your use of sageholt.com and our product pages (addresses ending in .sageholt.com), and every purchase made through them — one-time orders and subscriptions, across all products we sell. By placing an order you agree to these terms, to our store policies, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

1. Who you're buying from

“Sageholt”, “we” and “us” refer to the seller identified at checkout and on your payment receipt. Contact for all matters under these terms: support@sageholt.com.

2. Orders and payment

• Prices, currency and any shipping cost are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. The amount you confirm is the amount charged.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error or stock unavailability — if payment was taken, it is refunded in full.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for how address errors are handled.

3. Subscriptions

• Where a product is offered as a subscription, the price, quantity per delivery and billing interval are stated at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at that interval until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time — by emailing support@sageholt.com or via the management link in your billing emails. Cancellation stops all future charges; charges already made are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Guarantee and refunds

Every product is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. If you have a payment concern, contact us before opening a card dispute — refunds through support are faster than chargebacks, and we resolve them without argument.

5. Product information and health disclaimer

• Our products are cosmetics and food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Statements on our pages about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the UK MHRA.
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication. Discontinue use if you experience an adverse reaction, and keep products out of reach of children.
• Individual results vary. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of outcome.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our sites: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, place fraudulent orders, or resell our products commercially without written consent.

7. Intellectual property

The content of our sites — text, layout, graphics and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as needed to browse and buy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK or US. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version posted on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
